This Privacy Policy applies to Not Right Shooters LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “NRS,”, “our,” “us,” or “we”) and describes how NRS collects, uses and shares customer information from our websites, mobile websites, mobile applications, and the services provided by us in connection with the sites and applications that link to this Privacy Policy. It also provides guidance on how you can manage the personal information that you provide to us.

Arbitration.
Any disputes under this Privacy Policy will be resolved in accordance binding arbitration and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with under the jurisdiction of the State of Georgia without application of conflict of laws rules, except that the Arbitration provisions shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

You agree that we may notify you about material changes to this Privacy Policy by posting a new “Effective Date” on the Privacy Policy.

Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our customers who are California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. For all requests, you must put the statement “Your California Privacy Rights” in the body of your request, as well as your name, street address, city, state, and zip code. In the body of your request, please provide enough information for us to determine if this applies to you. You need to attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for our response. Please note that we will not accept requests via the telephone, mail, or by facsimile, and we are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, or that do not have complete information.
