Hit the range yesterday for a fun .22LR Long Gong match 🎯. Shooting 8”, 6”, and 4” targets at 316 yards in some spicy winds definitely kept things interesting.

What’s great about .22LR is how much it sharpens your fundamentals—there’s zero room for error when it comes to data, wind calls, and atmospherics. It’s all about precision and discipline.

Huge congrats to my man @michael_berger21 for locking down 1st place after two incredible heats and pulling away from the pack 👏.

Preparations for Africa are in full swing 🌍🦌. Most of the shooting will be off sticks—a skill I haven’t had much practice with—so I’ve been putting in the reps.

Here I’m running my @seekinsprecision_official Seekins PH3 NRL rifle on the 4 Stable Sticks. Their unique design makes for an incredibly solid platform, helping manage recoil and stay on target. Even though most shots on safari will likely be inside 200 yards, I was stacking hits out to 530 yards with ease 💥.

Got @lauraabraham45 behind the trigger for some pistol work this weekend. Teaching your spouse can be risky business, so I brought in backup—@michael_berger21—to make sure no one got hurt 😜🤣.

She did incredibly well for someone who doesn’t shoot often and hasn’t picked up a pistol in a little while.

A big part of getting people comfortable is making sure the gun fits their hands and runs smoothly for them. She put in plenty of rounds through multiple guns before settling on the one that felt right—letting her shoot consistently, confidently, and comfortably.
