Introduction to Firearms and Shooting

At @cummingstrengthandfitness and gyms across the country the CHAD 1000X workout is completed every Veterans Day to honor Chad Wilkinson and to raise awareness for our service members battling PTSD, TBI, and the fight against veteran suicide.

It’s a simple but humbling tribute: 1,000 box step-ups wearing a weighted vest — the same workout Chad created while training for a 23,000 ft. climb in Argentina.

We do it to remember.

We do it to raise awareness.

And we do it to support those still fighting their battles.

Took the @seekinsprecision_official SP10M out for a little work at a local PRS rifle match to prep for an upcoming team sniper match. Targets were small—especially those rulers at 525 yards—and there were plenty of shooting positions to keep things interesting.

The SP10M ran flawlessly all day and stayed locked on even the smallest targets when I did my part. Still some things to fine-tune, but it was a solid tune-up before next month’s team match with @michael_berger21.
